| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV), is a negative-sense single-stranded RNA virus. Transmission occurs by exposure to faecal and other excretions from infected birds, and through contact with contaminated feed, water, equipment and clothing. NDV strains can be categorised as velogenic (highly virulent), mesogenic (intermediate virulence) or lentogenic (nonvirulent). Velogenic strains produce severe nervous and respiratory signs, spread rapidly and cause up to 90% mortality. Mesogenic strains cause coughing, affect egg quality and production and result in up to 10% mortality. Lentogenic strains produce mild signs with negligible mortality. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. 雞新城疫病毒由副粘病毒引起 雞新城疫 的高度接觸性傳染病。又稱(chēng)亞洲雞瘟或偽雞瘟 。常呈急性敗血癥狀 。主要特征是呼吸困難、便稀、神經(jīng)紊亂、黏膜和漿膜出血。死亡率高，對(duì)養(yǎng)雞業(yè)危害嚴(yán)重。 速發(fā)嗜內(nèi)臟型新城疫(VVND；Doyle，1927)，可致所有年齡的雞發(fā)生最急性或急性、致死性疾病。通常見(jiàn)有消化道出血性病變。 雞新城疫 速發(fā)嗜肺腦型新城疫(VPND；Beach，1942)，可致所有年齡發(fā)生急性，通常是致死性疾病，以出現(xiàn)呼吸道和神經(jīng)癥狀為特征。 中發(fā)型新城疫(MND； Beaudette and Black，1946)，呼吸系統(tǒng)或神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的低致病性形式。死亡僅見(jiàn)于幼雛。 緩發(fā)型新城疫(LND；Hitchner 和Johnson，1948)，輕度或不顯性的呼吸道疾病。 無(wú)癥狀型或緩發(fā)嗜腸型新城疫 (LEND；Lancaster，1981)，主要是腸道感染。 |
