| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: Adenoviruses are DNA viruses that cause upper respiratory tract infections, conjunctivitis, and other infections in humans. Adenoviruses were discovered in 1953. About 47 different types have been identified since then, and about half of them are believed to cause human diseases. Infants and children are most commonly affected by adenoviruses. Adenovirus infections can occur throughout the year, but seem to be most common from fall to spring. Adenoviruses are responsible for 3-5% of acute respiratory infections in children and 2% of respiratory illnesses in adults. Important Note: This product as supplied is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. |
