| 保存條件 | Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C. |

background: NCR2 (NKp44) is a member of the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family that is expressed on activated human NK cells. NCR2 displays a single extracellular Ig-like V domain and a transmembrane portion containing the charged residue (Lysine), likely involved in the association with KARAP/DAP12 molecules. Gene coding for NCR2 maps on human chromosome 6p21.1 Function: Cytotoxicity-activating receptor that may contribute to the increased efficiency of activated natural killer (NK) cells to mediate tumor cell lysis. Subunit: Interacts with TYROBP/DAP12. Subcellular Location: Cell membrane; Single-pass type I membrane protein (Potential). Tissue Specificity: Selectively expressed by activated NK cells and by in vitro cultured (i.e. activated) TCRg/d lymphoid cells. Similarity: Belongs to the natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) family. Contains 1 Ig-like (immunoglobulin-like) domain.
